EBBF Operations Assistant
The growth of the EBBF network is such that we are now looking for a person to fill the new position of EBBF Operations Executive who will be managing the operational tasks connected to membership management and EBBF events information updating.
We are looking for a reliable, methodical and trustworthy individual who enjoys organizing and managing information, databases. You are also welcome to propose new processes and procedures to improve on the current ones.
YOUR ROLE: Your role will be that of performing operational tasks that will include the management of the entire EBBF members' process: from application, to membership renewal, including follow up of members' burning needs and wishes to contribute to EBBF. You will also be uploading information onto the EBBF Knowledge Centres and updating the EBBF events website pages using simple editing and uploading content management facilities. You will be involved in the registration process for the two yearly EBBF International events.
You will have contact with a world network of individuals, activities and ideas which will include areas such as social entrepreneurship, corporate responsibility, responsible entrepreneurship, sustainable development, gender equality.

EBBF's working language is English and the successful candidate will have skills in both written and spoken English
DURATION: this is a medium to long term position. This paid part-time paid role will see you performing operational tasks on a daily basis (five days per week) for one, maximum two hours per day. You are free to choose the hours of the day in which you will perform your daily work, be it in the morning, during lunch breaks, at night or whatever time best fits with your life.
REMUNERATION: a remuneration package is included in this position to be agreed with the candidate.
LOCATION: This is a virtual post so you can feel free to work from whichever location you happen to be, you will be expected to fly to Madrid for an induction course.
We are unfortunately unable to process work permits so require the candidate to already have a valid EU work permit already in hand.
