We are spiritual beings first and foremost.  Therefore our work naturally has a spiritual dimension to it, whether we’re conscious of it or not.  
 
For me, work exists for two spiritual reasons: (a) for developing spiritual awareness in everyone, including shareholders, management, employees, customers, suppliers, and society; and (b) for serving others as an expression of our spiritual growth.
