Jean Pierre Méan – Nernier, France

Jean-Pierre Méan is presently Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance for the SGS Group in Switzerland. SGS, with more than 48,000 employees around the world, is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company and is recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity. Jean-Pierre is also responsible for management of the group's ethics programme and has a particular interest in the subject of bribery and corruption.

 

 

Navid Baghdadi – Cysoing, France

I'm currently working as Business Intelligence Consultant within Accenture. I have a degree in Economics (University of Grenoble, France) and a European Master in Business Information System (EHSAL, Brussels, Belgium). I'm very interested by subjects concerning leadership, business, psychology, sociology and technology.

 

 

Alain Noghiu – Newark, USA

A PhD student at the University of Delaware, USA specializing on Public Policy with a focus on leadership issues, particularly Spiritual Capital. I have worked for Nur University for over 2 years heading it Moral Leadership Center for a short period. I have also worked at the Baha'i World Center for three and half years in the Statistics Department.

 

 

Maike Verhagen – Pristina, Kosovo

Democratization Officer & Youth and Education Programme Officer.

 

 

Victoria Visser – Geneva, Switzerland

Until the end of this month I'm working for SITA, a global telecommunications and applications provider to the air transport industry. I was attached to a corporate business management division as a project manager and had a great mandate, which was to work on improvement projects in terms of business development and in terms of improving internal processes for one of their sales channels. The area I am interested in is Responsible Entrepreneurship.

 

 

Bishnu Poudel – London, UK

I'm a student of Business studies and management. Social Economic Development is my main interest at EBBF.

 

 

Garth Schmalenberg – Bolton, Canada

My main area of interest with EBBF is Values Based Leadership. I would like to contribute to EBBF by working with the Canadian group to help promote the interests and expand across Canada.

 

 

Ayse Ulgen – Paris, France

I was educated in the UK and the United States (in NY). I have been working at INSERM, Paris, France since one and a half years. I have a PhD in Statistics and have been doing research in the area of statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology for many years now.

 

 

Neissan Alessandro Besharati – Kabul, Afghanistan

Currently working in Afghanistan as the coordinator of the Afghanistan joint UN program for youth. Previously, I served as program manager for the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT). Between 2001-2004, I pioneered to Kosovo, where I served as the Executive Director of the Baha’i-inspired NGO Global Perspective Development Center. My expertise lies in the field of community development, civil society, youth empowerment, partnership-building, media, communications and public information.

 

 

Shahin Sobhani - St.Gallen, Switzerland

As the primary founder of Spirus Applied Learning Solutions AG, I have provided solid leadership to the company since its inception. In addition, I am heavily involved in sales and solutions. I provide Spirus with the experience needed to competently enter the challenging e-learning market.

 

 

Daniele Balzaretti – London, UK

My area of interest is Equal opportunities for women & men.

 

 

Frank Ercul – Loreto, Canada

Currently a Field Sales Trainer with 30 years selling experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A burning issue is Sustainability of business and I like to learn and implement new thinking where I can.

 

 

Shahbaz Paymani – Swindon, UK

Current position is Risk Assurance Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP which involves financial audit and the provision of IT systems, business process consultancy services. I would like to develop a greater understanding of the ways in which business can be a positive force to the masses of humankind.

 

 

Susanne Kalejaiye – Jyväskylä, Finland

I hold a MA in English Education specialized in EFL. Currently I teach at the tertiary level and my students are from a broad spectrum of disciplines.  I also write fiction and am a journaman hand-spinner interested in the diversity of wools found in rare historic sheep breeds, natural dyes and dyeing, and hand-weaving. I am interested in Sustainable Development.

 

 

Nava Jaber - Wagga Wagga, Australia

I have completed my High schooling in Australia and I am currently working at Forel International School as an English teacher. I am interested in Values Based Leadership.

 

 

Daniel Beckinsale – Kandos, Australia

I have finished High School and I am currently working at Forel International School as a teacher of PE. A main interest is Equal Opportunities for Men and Women.
