One of the big divisions in society has always been between women and men and between the perspectives of women and men have. We now live in an age where most thinking people would agree that their competence and ability to tackle jobs, to tackle ideas, to work plans out is very similar. By denying any sector of the community, much less half of the population of the world (i.e. women) the opportunities and rights to education, jobs and equal opportunities in general you are setting up the world for failure: not harnessing half of the scarce resources of the earth's population, those talents not being used.

So my interest in EBBF is to see what can business do to forward gender equality but equally what can gender equality do to help business achieve its goals.
