Daniel Truran – director general ( LinkedIN Profile )
Director General of the ebbf and passionate advocate of innovation and ethics creating new meaningful and purposeful businesses. Daniel Truran has been connecting for over 20 years individuals and organizations to their integrity, creativity and ethics – inspiring them into action by linking them to other like-minded doers and bodies. He demonstrates, through innovative enterprises, how ethical behaviour in business is directly linked to success. Daniel promotes the movement towards a world that will act, behave and be organised as one country; where the creativity of its diverse citizens will enhance the well-being and prosperity of humankind.

Martina is an Italian project manager passionate about marketing and organizational development. She creates positive climates, that allow individuals in teams to thrive and to easily adapt to changing situations. After having spent 10 years in Sweden, she currently lives in Spain where she enjoys taking part in the social community, always meeting new people willingly offering guidance to others. As member of ebbf for over 10 years, Martina supports the community in taking advantage of the many tools available for its members.

Diana is a curious and open-minded person. She helps people and organizations, especially social enterprises, to bring their project a step forward though crowdfunding. She has also a 10 +  working experience in an insurance company, where she always grab the opportunity to partcipate in meaningful initiative like corporate volunteering. She serves ebbf because she believes that ethical business contributes to building a prosperous civilization and being part of the communication team is a way to spread a positive impact.

Arlette is a creative screenplay writer, artist and poet. She has been interviewing ebbf members, bringing to life their stories, insights and new idea on how to create more meaningful workplaces and business to create a more just, prosperous and sustainable society. “I serve at ebbf because I love being connected to a world of new thinking for work, creativity and business.”

 Jean Parker – ebbf podcast producer

 Dr. Jean Parker is an action-oriented, global thinker and strategist. She earned her Ph.D. in the Management Of Technology And Innovation from the Da Vinci Institute of Johannesburg, South Africa and the Trans4m Center For Integral Development of Geneva, Switzerland. She is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Trans4m Center For Integral Development where she facilitates academic excellence in the development of integral research and innovation around the world. She specializes in conducting primary data collection through participatory research methods to bring forth the knowledge of grassroots constituencies to promote human rights and social change.

Dr. Parker lived and worked in India for ten years as a radio journalist specializing in social development and human rights reporting. She reported on the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and this lead to her doctoral research on emergency preparedness education through community radio in North Indian villages. She enjoys applying the Integral Worlds Theoretical Approach developed by Lessem and Schieffer of Trans4m as an analytical tool to uncover the imbalances causing social upheaval and discovering the unifying strategies to correct these imbalances. She plans to apply Integral Worlds to gain a greater understanding of cross-cultural influences resulting from migration and refugee movement.

Henrik is a senior manager at Mozilla in the area of Participation Systems.
Before that he was Executive Manager Product Management DriveNow at Sixt.
He has more than thirteen years of consulting and IT management experience in telecommunications, transportation and software industries. He has in-depth expertise in lean and agile product development practices. Entrepreneurial in spirit, Henrik is driven by continuous improvement and passionate about learning organizations with cross-functional teams.

Matthias Schuster – ebbf connectors program coordinator (LinkedIn Profile)

Matthias holds a masters degree in production management and works as a purchaser for a large automotive supplier in the field of autonomous driving.
He lived abroad in Argentina, Namibia and the Philippines and has working experience in the consulting and automotive sector.
Beside his corporate job Matthias explores different ways to create more value for others, in particular in the area of entrepreneurship.
He lives at lake Constance in Germany and enjoys spending time at the lake or in the mountains during his free time.

Wendi Momen – ebbf chair 

A founder member of the ebbf and a social activist working for the betterment of humanity. Wendi Momen’s key focus is on the advancement of women and their participation in decision-making at all levels, on sustainable living and on social justice. She is Secretary-General of ebbf, board member of UN Women UK National Committee, a Trustee of the Multi-Faith Centre at the University of Derby, Trustee of the Bedford Council of Faiths, a Non-Executive Director of NHS Bedfordshire, co-founder of Advance and a board member of Naserian.

Mahmud Samandari is a coach for startups at the Swiss Federal Commission for Technology and Innovation, CTI. He is also the CEO of InnovaRadio, as well as a member of the Advisory Board of COMPASS – Evidence and opportunities for responsible innovation in SMEs, Horizon 2020 Cooperation and Support Action. He is a founder of EBBF, member of the Board and its
Secretary General. He is a serial entrepreneur, having started companies in the fields of IT, telecommunications and education both in Europe and Latin America.

Daniel Schaubacher is a management consultant who presently serves as representative to the European institutions of EBBF Forum – a business ethics professional network specializing in CSR and values-driven leadership in 60 countries. His career has encompassed marketing, economic analysis and trade promotion positions at Nestlé, Lémania/Omega Watch now Swatch group, Bobst Machinery, and the US Department of Commerce. A native of Switzerland, he served as the President of People to People Belgium ASBL (international recipient of PTP Outstanding Leadership Award) from 2002 through 2011, and as a member of the Executive Board of the Brussels-EU chapter of the Club of Rome from 2004 to 2010.

Nabil Elias – ebbf dean of education ( LinkedIn Profile )

Nabil Elias is Faculty Emeritus at the Belk College of Business, University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to his retirement, he taught in MBA and Master of Accountancy programs and was director of MBA programs at UNC Charlotte and University of Manitoba. He held positions as visiting professor at INSEAD (France), Thunderbird (USA), HEC (France), ESCP (France), Laval University (Quebec) and taught MBA classes at Monterrey Tech EGADE (Mexico), and UNC Charlotte’s MBA in Taiwan and Hong Kong. His areas of academic and professional interests include accounting and control, CSR, environmental management systems, negotiation, conflict resolution, governance, and ethics. He served as a member of the Canadian Accounting Standards Board, president of the Canadian Academic Accounting Association, and a member of CMA Canada accreditation teams of more than 15 leading English and French business schools. He served as a consultant and trainer to several US and Canadian companies and offered training programs at several professional accounting organizations and universities. As MBA director at the University of Manitoba he led several MBA delegations to Mexico, Hong Kong, China, and Japan focused on cultural understanding and international business.
