You can reach the conference centre by flying into either:
- Eindhoven airport (EIN) - only served by low cost airline Ryan Air.
- Dusseldorf Weeze airport (NRN) - only served by low cost airline Ryan Air.
- Amsterdam Schiphol airport (AMS) - served by all airlines including low cost airlines e.g. Transavia (Europe), Easy Jet (Europe), Air Berlin (Germany), Blue 1 (Finland), Jet 2 (Northern UK), Sky Europe (Austria and Eastern Europe), Vueling (Paris, Spain) etc.
From Amsterdam airport
You can reach the Depoort Conference Centre in three ways:
1. you can organise a taxi with TAXI ALBERS (0031 - 24 - 3230000):
. Normal taxi (max. 4 people): € 200,00
. Taxi van (max. 8 people): € 175,00
2. take a train and then a taxi to the conference centre
From Eindhoven airport
You can reach the Depoort Conference Centre in three ways:

From Dusseldorf Weeze airport
You can reach the Depoort Conference Centre in two ways:

Airport to Depoort by train & taxi
You can find the train times that best fit your schedule from your chosen airport to the nearest train station which is - NIJMEGEN - on the Dutch Train Timetable website.
Once you arrive at Nijmegen train station you can take a taxi to the Depoort Conference Centre.
Depoort has arranged a special rate for you whereby pre-booking your taxi will allow you to further cut the cost of your travels:
- We suggest you book a taxi ahead of time:
If you call Taxi Central Albers at least one day ahead of time (024-3230000) and arrange a time for pickup, then the cost is 10 euros per person.
The telephone number of the Taxi Central Albers is: 024-3230000. Note: Other taxi services will charge between 20 euro's and 25 euro's per trip.
Albers Taxi Central can be recognized by the blue sign on the taxi with the number 024-3230000.
Arriving at Depoort by car
Via motorway A73 (Nijmegen-Venlo):
- Take exit no. 3 (Malden, Groesbeek).
- Having reached the first traffic lights, turn left direction Malden.
- Pass the first roundabout and at the second roundabout (Council House and Rabobank), turn right.
- Follow the green VVV-notice-boards which mention ‘de Poort’: turn right once after which you keep following the road to the left.
- Follow the Groesbeekseweg through the forest (do not go into the village).
- You are now about to exit Malden via the paragliding airfield. Cross two railtracks.
- Then, turn left.
- About 30 metres ahead of you, you will find the main entrance of Conference Centre ‘de Poort’.
Via Nijmegen:
- Leaving from Keizer Karelplein, you go direction Malden (do not take direction Groesbeek which you pass first).
- Having reached Malden, you will pass two roundabouts. After the second roundabout you drive into the first street on your left.
- At the end of that street, turn right and keep on driving straight on until you reach the swimming pool/sports complex ‘de Veldschuur’.
- Turn left twice.
- Follow de Groesbeekseweg through the forest (do not go into the village).
- You are now about the exit Malden via de paragliding airfield. Cross two railtracks.
- Then, turn left.
- About 30 metres ahead of you, you will find the main entrance of Conference Centre ‘de Poort’.
