If you are bringing your computer to the conference and wish to save the environmental cost of printing, please let us know now so that we will not print your copy of the program, participants list and of the speakers' bios.
At the event we hope that you will also find ideas and people that can help progress your values-driven projects and enterprises.
For this reason we have set up a - projects board - where your project / idea / need will be visible to all participants.
We therefore encourage you to prepare one A4 sheet where you will list needs and opportunities of a Project of yours seeking the involvement of other like-minded individuals to progress that is in some way aligned to EBBF's core values.
We suggest that your project summary A4 page format announcement includes some or all of the following elements:
. Your name and contact details
. The title of the project
. A Snapshot overview of your project / idea
. Its location
. what you need / what you offer with your project
You may want to seek ways to share transport from your airport of arrival or from another city to the Depoort Conference Centre.
If you wish to share transport costs and reduce the environmental impact of your footprint, click here to find an interactive LINKED IN Group we have set up to post your transport needs or offers.
If you have not done so already, remember to also book your accommodation:
Most participants prefer the on site shared accommodation offered by the Depoort Conference Centre. The few rooms there fill quickly so we suggest you book your place soonest at Depoort's online accommodation booking site.
We highlight below alternative hotels in the vicinity that do offer single room accommodation you may want to choose:
Golden Tulip Val Monte - (Berg en Dal -> gorgeous nature: from one point at the hotel terrace you have an overview of 6 times the border between the Netherlands and Germany.... because the border between the two countries has a very organic shape, like a 'wave')
Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Erica (Berg en Dal -> lovely nature)
Hotel De Wolfsberg (at a walking distance from the De Poort, with a nice view on nature surroundings)
Best Western Hotel Belvoir (in the centre of Nijmegen)
Holthurnse Hof (Berg en Dal -> beautiful nature)
Hotel Sionshof (Nijmegen -> at the road from Nijmegen to Groesbeek, near forrest and a nice museum)
Hotel Courage (Nijmegen) -> in the centre of Nijmegen
