It would know how to act sustainably, ethically, with an eye to wealth creation and reducing poverty, it will have gender justice and equity, it would drive up quality and understand the new economic world that needs to be developed with global financial institutions and governance, as well as being a great place to work, with excellent and useful products and services with a healthy bottom line.
We will offer and develop together - new thinking - new ways in which companies have to operate in the new economic / financial climate by restructuring, managing, creating objectives that conduce to excellence and the raising of standards while at the same time overcoming those practices that have led to where we are now.
The root causes of the present situation - weak leadership, erosion of morals and ethics and lack of moderation - have publicly been found guilty to lead only to bigger problems.
Adapting to a new environment and re-defining business goals will not only be successful and create value. Morals and ethics as basis for the new healthy economic system will work towards the betterment of the world. This is one of the core values of EBBF - that business has a social responsibility as well as an economic mission.
