ebbf geneva breakfast - Re-invention: How do we build agile, sustainable organisations that add real social value?

You are warmly invited to a meaningful conversation on:

Re-invention: How do we build agile, sustainable organisations that add real social value?

In this increasingly complex and interconnected world, how do we need to reinvent and adapt our organisations to effect real positive social impact? What useful questions can we ask, reflecting on our organisation’s purpose, end goal and life stage, to drive solutions that are impactful, collaborative and sustainable. How do social purpose organisations need to adapt their business models to be flexible and responsive to opportunities, while ensuring resilience and readiness for the challenges ahead.

Participants will offer their own stories and insights to discuss current practices and processes.

Sarah Ramsey has been working with NGOs, social enterprises and corporates for the last 15 years, helping them develop innovative, sustainable strategies and business models for achieving social good. With a focus on reinvention and transformation, Sarah works as an extension to Not for Profit Management Teams, helping organisations through the various life stages from start-up, through adolescence, to maturity and beyond. Her recent projects have also included co-development of the “Building Sustainability and Re-imagining Organisations” with Cass Business School, and a research study into entrepreneurial leadership in Not for Profit Organisation, interviewing the Chairs and CEOs of leading social enterprises.
