Basel - Linking Health and Wellness to Engagement - Meaningful Breakfast
You are warmly invited to a meaningful conversation on:
Linking Health and Wellness to Engagement: A conversation with Kerstin Cleek
In 2015 the Health & Wellness Initiative was founded as a pilot within our Basel and South San Francisco team of 100.
We want to cultivate a great place to work for our colleagues via a best in class health & wellness program that will provide: Awareness, Education, and Support. We focus on the four pillars of energy: Physical, Mind, Emotional, and Conscience.
One of the main challenges in this program is to create the linkage of employee engagement and the implementation and value of the Health and Wellness program to the employee. Why do some employees resist participating in activities that are supposed to help lead to a happier and more fulfilled life? Does a difference in belief systems contribute to this phenomenon?
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Kerstin was born and raised in Bavaria and moved to the US where she lived for 15 years both in California and Minnesota. She studied Bioengineering at the University of California at Berkeley and the Technical University in Munich. She moved to Switzerland 4 years ago and joined Roche in March 2014, where she works in Global Quality Risk Management.
Come and join us for a meaningful discussion about wellness in the workplace!
