About the Speaker
Selena Teo Betton is a Certified Practicing Accountant, a certified Coach and Leadership Advisor. For the past 20+ years, she has worked on individual and institutional transformations for Fortune 500 companies in Singapore, Australia, UK, US, Japan, India and now Switzerland – ranging from banking, manufacturing and professional services. Selena is also certified in psychometric assessments on cognition, motivation and values and psychoanalytical approach to transformation.
Selena believes that our struggles for belonging, safety and approval are universal. And so too are our excuses, both real or imagined, that we let get in our way. In 2016, Selena left corporate life to embark on a personal ‘Less is More quest’ – to delve deeper into understanding resistance and release. From Silent Retreats to Spiral Dynamics, from the Unconscious to Psychometrics, Selena is now ready to emerge to a new phase of intentional attention….
