EBBF Profile: Mika Korhonen - Guided by Spiritual Law
Challenging his superiors and facing unemployment time rather than compromise his principles, Mika Korhonen is an unlikely candidate for a successful business manager. And yet, eight years with Nokia in Finland and India, director of R&D for a telecom business, product program manager, and more recently Project Manager with Digia Plc Smartphone division tells a different story. In this interview with EBBF, Mika talks about the principles—what he calls “spiritual laws”—that enable him to navigate and succeed in a competitive business sector while simultaneously nurturing his family and friends, and engaging in community activities and service.
Growth or Sustainability? Defining, Measuring and Achieving Prosperity
There are still just under 20 places left at EBBF/IEF's Annual Event offering over twenty world class speakers and the opportunity to meet and interact with like-minded individuals: CEOs, entrepreneurs, environmentalists, scientists, students and citizens with whom to share ideas and solutions to bring true sustainable prosperity to you, your enterprise and the world surrounding it.
Click here to find out more about an event that last year had a participant commenting "I thoroughly enjoyed the calibre of the discussions, the organisation of the overall conference and the openness of all the participants. additionally, I found it exceptional that so many people from different parts of the world, different backgrounds, different religions would so happily and comfortably be found in one place, all truly enjoying one another's ideas and company."
EBBF Profile: Marieke Kersten and Victor Wollaert - The Value of Learning

Words of Wisdom
"A true partnership of women and men leaders, and the blending of feminine and masculine values, will enhance competitiveness and prosperity. Feminine values should inspire the leadership practices of both women and men throughout the corporate world and be seen as a major opportunity to enhance economic growth and competitiveness."
