Marc Avanzo (France)
Marc is a management and marketing consultant. His focus is Values Based Leadership.
He was originally trained as a an engineer in Electrical Science both in France (Grande école Supélec Paris) and in Germany (Techniche Universität Darmstadt).
He has extensive experience in Telecommunications in the UK, France and the Netherlands, working for large Multinational companies such as AT&T, Universal, AUCS, as well as medium sized companies such as Complétel.
He completed an MBA at INSEAD (Fontainebleau) with a focus on entrepreneurship. After his graduation, he worked with two other MBAs on a start-up project linking the internet world, music and electronic devices.
Three years ago, upon graduating from a course in Bolivia on "Moral Leadership and Development" (Nur University), Marc decided to focus on Leadership development in companies and started facilitating training in Values Based Leadership for corporate people, students and NGOs in Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Serbia), Africa (Niger) and France.
His hobbies are Music and drawing. He plays several instruments (piano, guitar, violin, drums, saxophone) has composed several music pieces and loves to improvise with other musicians. He is always trying to mix and balance analytical activities, with emotional intelligence and creative inspiration.
Zarin Buckingham (Slovakia)
Degree in Computer Science, Information technology and Curriculum Development.

Alain Noghiu (Netherlands/USA)
Alain Noghiu is a citizen of the Netherlands. He has been working on issues related to ethics, leadership, conflict resolution and intercultural dynamics for several years. He holds a Master degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam (1996).
In the last 10 years he has lived in 4 continents perusing educational and professional activities. His learning facilitation experience include working as a lecturer at Nur University (Santa Cruz, Bolivia, 2002-2004) where he taught courses on International Conflict Resolution, Transcultural Conflict Analysis, the European Union and Federalism. Additional experiences include conducting a workshop on International Conflict Resolution for the Social Sciences Faculty of the University of the Philippines (2005) and helping facilitate a World Bank workshop on Community Driven Development in Conflict Affected Countries (Manila, Philippines, 2004).
Alain has received training from Oxford Academy of Total Intelligence and holds a Certificate of Professional Practice in “Using Spiritual Intelligence in Organization”.
Since 2005 Alain has been pursuing a Ph.D. in the School of Urban Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Delaware, USA. He is currently in his 3rd year. His dissertation research focuses on Spiritual Capital and its implications for and applicability to organizational leadership and policy making. This summer, Alain is finalizing a research assistantship that focuses on ethics assessment practices in a comparative study of the ethical behavior of senior leadership in the private and non-profit sectors.
Gary Reusche (Ukraine)
Mr. Reusche is a free lance development consultant, management consultant, trainer, and professor.
He has over 25 years project management experience in more than 40 countries, including 15 years as project director or team leader. He has extensive experience as a trainer in both academic and non-academic environments for topics including small enterprise development, project cycle management, participatory processes, leadership, institutional development, cultural transformation, team building, business planning, values and ethics, fund raising, and rural development.
He is experienced in the writing of business plans, company partnering, financial engineering, rapid appraisal methodologies, the design of projects, M&E, agribusiness, and market research.
His clients include the World Bank, European Union, Senter/DGIS (NL), USAID, UNDP, FAO, DFID (UK), Global Environmental Fund, Abu Dhabi Fund, and the private sector.
He was recently rewarded a "medal of honour" by the Government of Ukraine for the management of a project supporting the development of rural small enterprises.
Caroline Sawicki Zagrecki (Switzerland/Croatia)
Caroline Zagrecki Sawicki is a Swiss citizen. She has worked in the fields of human rights and corporate social responsibility in Latin America and South-eastern Europe.
She holds a Master in European Law and International Economic Law from the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne, Switzerland. From 1994 to 1999 she worked in Latin America (Costa Rica and Bolivia) on the promotion of human rights. In 1997 she assumed the position of Coordinator of the Human Rights Education Programme at Nur University, Bolivia. In this context, she developed a human rights training programme based on Nur University’s Moral Leadership programme and was responsible for training human resources in this field.
Upon her return to Europe in 1999 she continued promoting the Moral Leadership programme, giving workshops in different parts of Europe (Netherlands, Luxemburg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo) and also began working in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
In 2002 she conducted a business management research project for the Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum in Bosnia Herzegovina, aimed at identifying areas of engagement for major companies established in the country. She also worked in this country for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. In 2005-2006 she was engaged as an International CSR Advisor for the UNIDO CSR project in Croatia, to support SMEs in enhancing their triple bottom line.
She is currently based in Zagreb, Croatia.
Daniel Truran (UK/Italy/Spain)
Daniel is passionate about connecting individuals to their integrity, creativity and ethics. Inspiring them into action by linking them to other like-minded doers and to their ideas. He believes and wants to demonstrate through innovative enterprises how ethical behaviours in business are directly linked to success. Promoting the evolution towards a world that will be organised, act and behave as one country. Where the creativity of the diversity of its citizens will enhance the wellbeing and prosperity of humankind.
Following a career as Logistics and Marketing director at Exel plc. working in London, Sydney, Johannesburg and Milan, he is currently Secretary General of the European Baha’i Business Forum (www.ebbf.org), board member of Spirit in Business (www.spiritinbusiness.org), Vice President of Humanica Social Ventures, a Director of Via3 (www.via3.net), Board of Trustees member of the Association for Spirit at Work (www.spiritatwork.org).
